The kitchen is equipped with crockery, pots, cutlery, kitchen towels, tablecloths, etc. It has everything you need for cooking. The bedroom has a double bed 1. 60x2. 00 m and in the living room there is a sofa bed where two more people can sleep. The apartment is suitable for couples with children, as they can play inside the condominium and parents can even watch over the balcony. The balcony is very spacious where you can have meals and has good sun exposure, because only in the morning you catch the sun. The apartment is on the ground floor, with easy access for the disabled, parking space inside the condominium and swimming pool. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and if necessary we offer a Hotspot to have access to the Internet. We also have a travel cot for babies with their own bed linen. We provide bed linen, bath towels and are changed once a week at no extra charge.

The whole apartment is available for use outside of the other bedroom, which is for my personal use. The apartment will not be shared most of the time as I am only home during some holidays and weekends. Location is great as it is near the beach and only a 5 minutes drive from the local shopping centre. I am looking to rent for any period from a month up to a year.
