LUXURY APARTMENT IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE.
5-bedroom apartment, a total of 255m2: 190m2 plus 60m2 of terraces, sea views on the beachfront and 100m from Las Palmas town hall, 5 minutes from Las Canteras beach and 2 minutes from Las Alcabaneras beach. In the center of the Santa Catalina neighborhood. Right now, 3 boys and 4 girls live in the apartment, most of us work online. We are young people between 25 and 35 years old and we share hobbies such as surfing, kiting and beach plans, bachata and salsa dancing and some partying too. The apartment has 3 bathrooms. We also have many extras that we can all use such as two Xiaomi S1 25km/h scooters, surfboards, surkates, a tent, a bicycle... The apartment includes cleaning and expenses. 1000Mb Internet.
