HOUSING AT THE FOOT OF THE TORS BELL TOWERS
Located in Vieil Baugé, close to the town center, pretty independent studio fully furnished and equipped. The studio includes a living room with desk, double bed 140x190, sofa, TV cabinet and television, and storage. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table, two stools and everything necessary for cooking, including a grill microwave, induction hob and extractor, as well as a top fridge. A 6 kg washing machine is also available in the studio.
The shower room includes a toilet, a 90x90 cm shower and a vanity unit. The studio was renovated in 2022 and is located in a house with an independent entrance which serves two different accommodations. Heating and hot water production are electric.
A wifi internet box is available and parking spaces are available nearby.
