15 km from the ocean, 15 m2 room with bathroom
The entrance is private and gives access to a large dressing room where you can possibly store your beach equipment. A car park in the immediate vicinity of the room facilitates access. I live in the house but apart. The ocean with its beaches is 15 minutes by car. The room contains all the equipment to have your breakfast (top fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, mugs, etc... if you are missing anything, just ask me. I I am almost always available. However, it will not be possible for you to cook on site. Reheating and having lunch or dinner with a prepared meal is possible. If you want, I speak English. (English spoken) From September, this accommodation will be offered on a long-term basis at a monthly price of €410 (charges included)
