Located 7 minutes from the Saint Martin tramway or Rauze line 4 (between the center and the south of Montpellier), 10 minutes from the center and Port Marianne and 15 minutes from the sea by car.
You will have a single bed (140cm), sheets and duvet, a wardrobe, a desk and WiFi access. You can use the kitchen, toilet and bathroom only.
electricity, gas, WiFi, heating and water are included in the price.
It is imperative to provide the deposit of €150 in cash or check which I will not cash.
