Having been a student, my eldest son being an engineer, I offered to share my accommodation with a student from the Rochefort-Montagne agricultural high school. The apartment is quiet and located on the third floor of a villa in the heart of the village with a view of nature. The two lower floors are rented as gîtes. The house has been thermally insulated and completely renovated since 2020. The bedroom is well equipped with a 140 bed, a chest of drawers, a bookcase, a large desk and storage drawers, a coat rack. In the bathroom, the sink is dedicated to the student; the toilets are separate. The kitchen is modern and functional. Bed linen is provided, and personal linen can be washed upon request. In terms of connections, there are 2 5G antennas nearby, as well as WiFi in the house. A bicycle can be parked in the lobby on the ground floor.
