3 Rooms for seasonal workers 20 minutes Padirac (homestay)

My house is located in the countryside of St Céré, in the commune of St Laurent les Tours, isolated on a semi-wild plot of land of 5000 m2. I offer a shared accommodation formula, in my home, 3 single rooms for seasonal workers during the summer, minimum 1 month in June, July, August and September. At certain times I also live at home, while at other times I go on vacation. There is a furnished tourist accommodation for a family under the house on the ground floor. Each room has a 160x200 bed, a desk, a wardrobe and Orange fiber wifi. The bed is made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided. To share: the bathroom, the kitchen and the garden (numerous shaded spaces with tables, chairs and deckchairs). Only in a quiet atmosphere, with the house in silent mode from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Smoking areas are located outside the house. The price is for 1 person in 1 room. Each seasonal worker has their own private room.
