30 m² studio located in a green setting, quiet and very well heated (central heating). It has a large terrace with stunning views. The entrance is via the terrace and leads to a kitchen with large bay windows, very bright and airy. The studio is fully furnished and well equipped (crockery, kitchen accessories, microwave, 2 gas burners, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). The 160 cm bed is very comfortable and there is also a small desk. The large bathroom and toilet are separate. Television, wifi and free on-site parking.
