Un séjour vraiment très agréable et très tranquille. Roland le propriétaire des lieux, est d'une incroyable gentillesse. C'est bien simple avec lui, c'est l'efficacité dans la discrétion. Il ne parle pas à tort et à travers. Vous avez une question, une difficulté ? Demandez et Roland vous répondra avec douceur et oeuvrera pour résoudre au mieux le problème. Pour couronner le tout, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut dans l appartement pour votre confort. Il se situe à 50 m de la ligne de bus qui passe régulièrement et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces. Pour vous garer en voiture, parfois faut tourner, mais on arrive toujours à trouver de la place. Vous trouverez également tout près le magnifique jardin public Exflora de 5 hectares avec bassin et jet d'eau et une allée qui conduit à la mer. En bref, quand on est dans cet appartement et avec Roland pas loin, tout est bien et on a plus envie de partir 😊

Très contente de cette location. Au calme , très très bien équipé. Je n’ai pratiquement pas vu Mr Roland , mais je suis sûre que si j’avais besoin ou soucis , il aurait été là . Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Beautiful studio located in a very quiet area, fully equipped, clean, and cozy. I've played a lot in the garden with Taya and miaomiao (his pets). Roland is a kind and hospitable person, always available if help is needed. I absolutely recommend this studio to everyone that is looking for a warm place to stay during vacations or longer periods.
